Meet Montika

Montika Adhana Starks, MA, BS, BSN, RN, IBCLC

Montika is a healthcare professional, educator, entrepreneur, and practice-development strategist whose work spans clinical care, nonprofit leadership, professional education, women’s health, hospitality, and business development.

Her approach combines clinical expertise with practical experience building organizations, developing teams, creating systems, and turning ambitious ideas into functioning operations. She founded a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, built a women’s health practice, and personally designed and developed a hospitality property from the ground up.

She still practices at the bedside and teaches at the college level, so her guidance stays grounded in how care and business actually work today.
